1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following information when you use JIUFENG:

• Account Information: Your email address and basic profile details provided via OAuth (e.g., Google, GitHub).
• Input Data: The text prompts and reference images you submit to generate new images.
• Usage Data: API request logs, IP addresses, and metadata regarding your generations.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

No Model Training: We DO NOT use your private text prompts or uploaded reference images to train, fine-tune, or improve our foundational AI models. Your creative process remains yours.

Service Provision: We process your data exclusively to generate the images you requested, manage your account balance, and provide customer support.

3. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION

Generated images are stored in secure cloud environments (e.g., Cloudflare R2) to provide you with a history of your generations in the Dashboard. You may delete your generation history at any time, which will permanently remove the files from our active servers.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may share necessary data with trusted third-party providers (such as payment processors like Stripe and cloud infrastructure providers) strictly for the purpose of operating the Service. We never sell your personal data to advertisers.

AI model providers: When you start a generation, the content you submit — your prompt, any reference images, and the generation parameters — is sent to the applicable third-party model provider in order to produce the result. The provider currently used for image generation is OpenAI. That provider's handling of the data it receives is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. Please do not submit information you do not want transmitted to a third-party model provider.

5. ADVERTISING & ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (via the Google tag, gtag.js) to measure site usage and advertising performance. These set cookies / local storage and share measurement data with Google. We never send your prompts, uploaded images, email, name, or account ID to Google.

Consent: In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, advertising and analytics are disabled by default until you accept via our consent banner. You may reject, and you can change your choice later by clearing site data. Advertising/attribution identifiers stored on your device expire within 90 days.
