1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using JIUFENG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE & RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to use our generative AI tools to create, upload, or share content that is adult, pornographic or sexually explicit (including any sexualisation of minors), non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people, gratuitously violent, hateful, unlawful, or infringing of third-party rights.

The complete list of prohibited content and conduct, how we enforce these rules, and how to report a violation are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your Generations: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JIUFENG assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the images you generate using our Service. You are free to use your generated images for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Our Platform: The code, design, branding, and underlying architecture of JIUFENG remain the exclusive property of JIUFENG and its licensors.

Third-Party Names & Marks: The Service is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party model provider. Third-party names and marks referenced on this Service are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the models concerned.

4. CREDITS & REFUND POLICY

JIUFENG operates on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis using API Credits. Because image generation is a digital service delivered instantly and the credits consumed cannot be reversed, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If a generation fails due to a system error on our end, credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
